Shipping
When you place an order with us, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible. Most of our orders ship either the same day or next 2 days, with some exceptions during especially busy times such as the holidays or after sales. We will do our best to notify you if there are any delays with your shipment. Our goal is to provide customers a fresh media in minimum time.
Customer Address & Order Details
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address on the order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address if it was shipped to the address provided to us. In some cases we may contact you if it appears that the address provided is incorrect, and it is your responsibility to respond to us with the correct information. In these cases your shipment will be held until we have received a correct address from you.
In most cases, we are unable to make adjustments to the contents of an order once it has been placed. Because our goal is to get the order to you as quickly as possible, our distribution centers often process orders within minutes or hours of the orders being placed. If you do notice incorrect information on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the adjustment that is needed however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to.
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, Central Time.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you when the item becomes available during 5 days (maximum).
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unopened, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
To request a return, please email info@ecozistcorp.com using the subject line: “Return Request”
- In your email, please state the reason for your return/refund request
- If your return is approved, we will assign you a Return Tracking Number
- We will contact you with further instructions on completing the return/refund process.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Once your request is received, we will determine if it’s returnable or not.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
